Homemade Limoncello Spritz at B&B Vignola Levanto: a Poolside Aperitif with Citrus from the Garden

At B&B Vignola Levanto, some of the experiences our guests enjoy the most start directly in our garden. Here grow lemons, oranges and clementines, which we use to produce three homemade citrus liqueurs: limoncello, arancello and clementinello.
These liqueurs are prepared using a traditional Italian method, infusing the peels of citrus fruits picked from the garden of the B&B. The result is a fragrant and natural liqueur that reflects the authentic flavors of the Italian Riviera.
Besides being served as a digestif, these liqueurs are also used to prepare refreshing citrus spritz cocktails, perfect after a day at the beach in Levanto or after visiting the nearby Cinque Terre.
