The B&B Vignola, the result of the careful renovation of an old oil mill, is a quiet and newly renovated structure at the entrance of Levanto, the gateway to the Cinque Terre.
The bed and breakfast is nestled among olive groves and enjoys a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. On one side, a stream flows with a relaxing murmur.
The B&B has a large garden adorned with green hedges, fruit trees, olive trees, and colorful flowers, as well as a large terrace where breakfast is served during the beautiful season. In the center of the garden, there is an outdoor swimming pool where you can refresh yourself upon returning from excursions in the villages and on the trails of the Cinque Terre, sunbathe, and enjoy an aperitif.
An internal parking lot accommodates all guests' cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. In addition, guests are provided with a pass to park for free throughout Levanto (just a 4-minute drive away), including the train station from which you can take the train that leads to the Cinque Terre in just a few minutes.
The bed and breakfast has 6 double rooms, 1 room with the possibility of having two single beds, and 1 family room with the possibility of adding a cot for children up to 14 years old. The savory part, always prepared by Monica, draws from the Italian tradition and includes salami, prosciutto, mortadella, turkey, different types of cheese, savory pies, crostini, served with white or wholemeal bread. The eggs are cooked fresh, boiled, fried, or as omelets.
There is also a corner with a variety of gluten-free products for celiacs.
The beverages include fruit juices, coffee, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, and a variety of teas. For those who do not want to give up the taste of coffee but do not like caffeine, drinks made with decaffeinated coffee or barley are available. For those who are lactose intolerant, it is also possible to enjoy a cappuccino or other hot or cold drinks made with milk substitutes such as soy milk.

To reach the Bed and Breakfast Vignola, take the Carrodano Levanto exit on the highway and, after the toll booth, at the junction, turn left towards Levanto. Continue for about 15 minutes until the first roundabout where you will need to turn left towards Le Ghiare. Pass the road signs for Le Ghiare and Molino Le Ghiare and after about one kilometer from the roundabout, you will find the B&B Vignola sign in front of you. If you are using Google Maps, at some point, after a long tunnel, it will indicate you to turn left onto a small uphill road, do not follow this indication but continue on the main road until the first roundabout.
